LANDMARK SUPREME COURT RULING! A person with Higher Qualification CANNOT be considered for a post specifically reserved for less educated candidates

Dear Parents ! Here comes a situation where we must be careful in judging the capabilities , strength and commitment in our children before considering marks in Board Examinations as the only yardstick to measure their strength & weakness . Many students get high marks based on many factors even without being really worth of that score internally . When we force them / facilitate him/her to go for higher studies purely based on the marks and not on their real worth , it has been observed that many such students fail to cope up with the stress of the higher studies for the lack of proper base and also fail in other avenues of life aswell . Now that the SC has ruled that once they are qualified higher than the required qualification that was needed for a job , they cant appear that interview . Hence its more important to be a keen observer to evaluate the real strength and weakness in our children and guide them the career they should chose .
