District-Level Joint Grievance Redressal Hearing in Nandapur

63 Grievances Received; 6 Resolved Instantly

A district-level joint grievance redressal hearing was held at the Nandapur Panchayat Samiti office in Koraput district, presided over by the District Collector, Mr. Manoj Satyawan Mahajan.

A total of 63 grievances were received from the public during the hearing. Of these, 50 were collective (group) grievances, while 13 were individual grievances. Six of these grievances were resolved on the spot. Members of the public presented their grievances to the District Collector regarding various issues, including financial assistance, housing land rights (pattas), land-related disputes, drinking water, healthcare, roads and transportation, and electricity supply. District Collector Mr. Mahajan listened to the concerns of the complainants attentively and directed the concerned departmental officials to take necessary steps for the prompt and lawful resolution of the remaining grievances.

The grievance redressal session was attended by Koraput Sub-Collector Ms. Fabi Rashid, Additional Chief Development Officer (Koraput) and PAITDA (Koraput) official Smt. Snehaprabha Majhi, along with officials from various other departments.

କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ନନ୍ଦପୁର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟଠାରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଶ୍ରୀ ମନୋଜ ସତ୍ୟୱାନ ମହାଜନଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରୀୟ ମିଳିତ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଶୁଣାଣି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

ଏହି ଶୁଣାଣିରେ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କଠାରୁ ମୋଟ ୬୩ଟି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୫୦ଟି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗତ ଏବଂ ୧୩ଟି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ରହିଥିଲା। ଏଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୬ଟି ଅଭିଯୋଗର ତତ୍କାଳ ସମାଧାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା, ଘର ପଟ୍ଟା, ଜମିଜମା ବିବାଦ, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା, ରାସ୍ତା ଓ ଯାତାୟାତ, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ସରବରାହ ଆଦି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମସ୍ୟା ନେଇ ଜନସାଧାରଣ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ନିଜ ନିଜର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଶ୍ରୀ ମହାଜନ ଅଭିଯୋଗକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱର ସହ ଶୁଣିବା ସହ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ଅଭିଯୋଗଗୁଡ଼ିକର ତ୍ୱରିତ ଓ ନିୟମାନୁଯାୟୀ ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।

ଏହି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଶୁଣାଣି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କୋରାପୁଟ ଉପଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ସୁଶ୍ରୀ ଫାବି ରଶିଦ, ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଅଧିକାରୀ, କୋରାପୁଟ ଏବଂ ପିଏଆଇଟିଡିଏ (PAITDA), କୋରାପୁଟ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ସ୍ନେହପ୍ରଭା ମାଝୀଙ୍କ ସମେତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗର ଅଧିକାରୀ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହିଥିଲେ।
