Doctors from Kolkata visited Tribal Museum , Koraput

They are doctors from Kolkata who were in Koraput as tourists . Today while they were wandering to enjoy Tribal Museum , I had the opportunity to join them . I learnt that they were interested to learn more about koraput . Looking at their interest to know about our Koraput , I introduced myself as a Journalist and they introduced themselves as Physicians from kolkota . They were at koraput for the last three days and already had been to Deomali ,. Talamali and today they wished to visit Tribal museum . I took them around and narrated all that i knew about the tribal way of life from house , food , ornaments , Kereng fabric to Koraput as birth place of Rice . They were happy and took my photograph along with my visiting card . i shard them about our website : koraputonline.com and the platform Radio koraput . They were delighted to know the work . I too was very happy to share the beauty of Koraput before the seekers . They made it a point to pay the entry fees to the museum . I offered gratitude to them for their visit . While leaving the museum , they had one question in the mind : Can the culture , tradition and natural heritage be preserved in the nature or would be only be pushed into the museum while Nature Koraput would be in the process of mining the minerals !
