The Council of Analytical Tribal Studies (COATS), based in Koraput, organized a poignant memorial meeting to pay tribute to the late Professor Sachidananda Mohanty—a distinguished educationist, renowned scholar, and former Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Odisha. At a condolence meeting held on October 30 at 11:00 AM in the COATS seminar hall, the institution’s Chairperson, Director, Deputy Director, faculty members, staff, and various eminent personalities from different fields paid their heartfelt tributes by offering floral garlands to the portrait of the late Professor Mohanty.
