A Joint Public Hearing Camp Held in Boipariguda by the Koraput district administration on Monday at the Baipariguda Block Office premises.
In this camp, the District Magistrate of Koraput, Shri Manoj Satyawan Mahajan and the Probationary Officer, Koraput participated and directly heard various problems and grievances of the public. The District Magistrate gave necessary instructions to the concerned departmental officers for the speedy resolution of the grievances of the public and to take necessary steps.
A total of 53 grievances were heard in the camp. Out of which, 42 were individual grievances and 11 were collective grievances. Out of these, 6 grievances were resolved promptly.
The Chief Development Officer and Executive Officer of the District Council, Shri Benudhar Shabar, Deputy Collector of Jayapur, Shri Yadumani Naik, PA-ITDA, Mrs. Pranathi Barai of Jayapur, District Forest Officer, Koraput, Community Development Officer of Boipariguda Block, Boipariguda Tehsildar, along with officers and related employees of various departments of the district were present in this camp.
ବୈପାରିଗୁଡ଼ା ବ୍ଲକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପରିସରରେ ସୋମବାର କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ମିଳିତ ଜନଶୁଣାଣି ଶିବିର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି।
ଏହି ଜନଶୁଣାଣି ଶିବିରରେ କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଶ୍ରୀ ମନୋଜ ସତ୍ୟୱାନ ମହାଜନ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରୋବେସନାରୀ ଅଫିସର, କୋରାପୁଟ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ଅଭିଯୋଗର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶୁଣାଣି କରିଥିଲେ। ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗଗୁଡ଼ିକର ତ୍ୱରିତ ସମାଧାନ ସହ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ ପାଇଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଶିବିରରେ ସମୁଦାୟ ୫୩ଟି ଅଭିଯୋଗର ଶୁଣାଣି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୪୨ଟି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଏବଂ ୧୧ଟି ସାମୂହିକ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ରହିଥିଲା। ଏଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୬ଟି ଅଭିଯୋଗର ତୁରନ୍ତ ସମାଧାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
ଏହି ଜନଶୁଣାଣି ଶିବିରରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଅଧିକାରୀ ତଥା ନିର୍ବାହୀ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ବେଣୁଧର ଶବର, ଜୟପୁର ଉପଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଶ୍ରୀ ଯଦୁମଣି ନାଏକ, PAITDA, ଜୟପୁରର ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ତୃପ୍ତି ବରାଇ, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ବନ ଅଧିକାରୀ କୋରାପୁଟ,ବୈପାରିଗୁଡ଼ା ବ୍ଲକର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଅଧିକାରୀ, ବୈପାରିଗୁଡ଼ା ତହସିଲଦାରଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରୀୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗର ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।
ଜନଶୁଣାଣି ଶିବିର ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ନିକଟରୁ ଶୁଣି ତାହାର ତ୍ୱରିତ ସମାଧାନ କରିବା ସହ ସରକାରୀ ଯୋଜନା ଓ ସେବାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ସୁଫଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ଦିଗରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି।
