A regional training program on Construction Asset Management System was held today at the Skill Development Center under the chairmanship of the Joint Secretary of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes Development and Other Backward Classes Welfare Department of the state government and under the supervision of the Koraput District Magistrate.
Project Administrators, Integrated Tribal Development Agencies, District Welfare Officers, Additional District Welfare Officers and Welfare Extension Officers of Koraput, Malkangiri, Nuapada, Rayagada, Nabarangpur and Kalahandi districts participated in the training.
This digital system has been prepared for proper supervision, maintenance and management of construction assets like hostels, schools and offices under the department. Training was given on portal usage, data submission, asset identification and immediate supervision.
Officials said that for transparency and efficiency in infrastructure management, data on construction assets needs to be updated periodically.
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି, ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପଛୁଆ ବର୍ଗ କଳ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗର ଆୟୁକ୍ତ-ତଥା-ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଓ କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ତତ୍ୱାବଧାନରେ ଆଜି ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରିଚାଳନା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି।
ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣରେ କୋରାପୁଟ, ମାଲକାନଗିରି, ନୂଆପଡ଼ା, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଓ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଶାସକ, ସମନ୍ୱିତ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ସଂସ୍ଥା, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଅଧିକାରୀ, ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରଣ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ।
ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନସ୍ଥ ଛାତ୍ରାବାସ, ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଭଳି ନିର୍ମାଣ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିର ସଠିକ ତଦାରଖ, ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ ଓ ପରିଚାଳନା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ଡିଜିଟାଲ ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣରେ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ ବ୍ୟବହାର, ତଥ୍ୟ ଦାଖଲ, ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଚିହ୍ନଟ ଓ ତୁରନ୍ତ ତଦାରଖ ବିଷୟରେ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା।
ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ପରିଚାଳନାରେ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛତା ଓ ଦକ୍ଷତା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିର ତଥ୍ୟ ସମୟାନୁଯାୟୀ ଅଦ୍ୟତନ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
