A comprehensive training program on “SIR” has been held for Booth Level Officers and Booth Level Officer Observers in all the blocks of Koraput district in a phased manner.
Under the supervision of Election Registration Officer and Additional District Collector of Koraput District Shri Naresh Chandra Shabar, this training has been completed in 14 blocks of the district – Koraput, Jeypore, Borigumma, Kotpad, Kundura, Laxmipur, Lamtaput, Narayanpatna, Bandhugaon, Dasmantpur, Nandapur, Pattangi, Semiliguda and Boipariguda. He personally attended the training program organized in Boipariguda Block and imparted training. The training explained the objectives of the special intensive revision process, door-to-door revision, filling of nomination papers-6/7/8, deletion of names of ineligible voters, addition of names of new voters. Booth level officers and observers also got clarity on the training through a question-and-answer program after the training. In the Boipariguda training, Additional District Magistrate Shabar pointed out that during the door-to-door revision based on the voter list under the “Special Intensive Revision” scheme, all booth level officers should work diligently and create trust and cleanliness among the voters. This will help in making the voting process more seamless and successful.
Keeping in mind the intense heat, it has also been advised to carry adequate amount of drinking water and an umbrella with them, and to carry out the special intensive revision work between 6 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 7 pm. He also advised that it is very important for all voters coming to the booth to be careful about their health.
Assistant Electoral Registration Officers, Tehsildars, Community Development Officers, and key officials were present at the training program held in all the blocks.
କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ଲକରେ ବୁଥ୍ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ବୁଥ୍ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ “ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଘନ ସଂଶୋଧନ” ବିଷୟରେ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ତାଲିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟକ୍ରମେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଅଛି।
ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ତଥା କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ ନରେଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶବରଙ୍କ ତତ୍ୱାବଧାନରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୧୪ଟି ବ୍ଲକ – କୋରାପୁଟ, ଜୟପୁର, ବୋରିଗୁମ୍ମା, କୋଟପାଡ଼, କୁନ୍ଦୁରା, ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀପୁର, ଲମତାପୁଟ, ନାରାୟଣପାଟଣା, ବନ୍ଧୁଗାଁ, ଦଶମନ୍ତପୁର, ନନ୍ଦପୁର, ପଟାଙ୍ଗି, ସେମିଳିଗୁଡ଼ା ଓ ବୈପାରୀଗୁଡ଼ାରେ ଏହି ତାଲିମ ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୋଇଛି। ସେ ବୈପାରୀଗୁଡ଼ା ବ୍ଲକ ଠାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ତାଲିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସ୍ୱୟଂ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ତାଲିମରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଘନ ସଂଶୋଧନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ, ଘରକୁ ଘର ଯାଇ ସଂଶୋଧନ, ନାମାଙ୍କନ ପତ୍ର-୬/୭/୮ ପୂରଣ, ଅଯୋଗ୍ୟ ମତଦାତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ବାଦ ଦେବା, ନୂତନ ମତଦାତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ଯୋଡିବା ବିଷୟରେ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ବୁଥ୍ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ପରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନୋତ୍ତର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ତାଲିମର ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟତା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ। ବୈପାରୀଗୁଡ଼ା ତାଲିମରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଶବର ଦର୍ଶାଇଥିଲେ ଯେ, “ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଘନ ସଂଶୋଧନ” ଯୋଜନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ମତଦାତା ତାଲିକା ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ଭାବରେ ଘରକୁ ଘର ଯାଇ ସଂଶୋଧନ ସମୟରେ ସମସ୍ତ ବୁଥ୍ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀ ନିଷ୍ଠାପୂର୍ବକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରି ମତଦାତାଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆସ୍ଥା ଓ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମତଦାନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ଆହୁରି ନିର୍ଭୁଲ ଏବଂ ସଫଳ କରିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ।
ପ୍ରଖର ଖରାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ପରିମାଣର ପିଇବା ପାଣି ଏବଂ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଛତା ରଖିବା ସହ, ସକାଳ ୬ଟା ରୁ ଦିନ ୧୧ଟା ଏବଂ ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୪ଟା ରୁ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୭ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଘନ ସଂଶୋଧନ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଗୁଡିକୁ ସମ୍ପାଦନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏଥି ସହ ବୁଥକୁ ଆସୁଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ମତଦାତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତି ସଜାଗ ରହିବା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜରୁରୀ ବୋଲି ସେ ଉପଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ଲକରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ତାଲିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସହକାରୀ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ତଥା ତହସିଲଦାର, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଅଧିକାରୀ, ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।
